What data does MAKE IMPACT FILMS process?

Our clients are other companies, and we often work for journalistic purposes. We produce film and video content for our customers and thus store, as a general rule, name, e-mail address, telephone number, bank information as well as images and footage from the project the client has hired us for.

MAKE IMPACT FILMS holds the copyright of all finished productions, as the copyright law stipulates, as well as unlimited use of the material unless a separate agreement has been made. (NOTE: Clients have the license to use the productions as they please, not including the right to alter these without prior written consent from MAKE IMPACT FILMS)

MAKE IMPACT FILMS and our clients have the right to publish film and video productions on their own websites as well as their own social channels. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the productions will only be published once our clients has published them.

IP addresses

At https://www.makeimpactfilms.dk, IP addresses are collected in certain cases and are used to analyze traffic, behavior on the website and visitors.

Social security numbers

We only store CPR numbers in connection with legal obligations.

Who processes the data?

Personal data is stored in either a mail directory, on a computer or other hard drives, which only employees at MAKE IMPACT FILMS have access to. However, in case of larger productions, data may be processed in collaboration with one or more partners. Clients have the right to be informed about this as well to have the personal data deleted at any time.

Period of storage

The information is stored for the period permitted by law and the data controller deletes it when it is no longer needed for MAKE IMPACT FILMS activities. The period of storage depends on the nature of the information and the background for the storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information

On MAKE IMPACT FILMS’ website and in the employees’ email software, a number of third parties are used for storage and processing of data. The latter process information solely on behalf of MAKE IMPACT FILMS and itt may not be used for your own purposes.

Disclosure of personal information such as name and e-mail, etc. will only happen if you give your consent. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

MAKE IMPACT FILMS is based on the Danish Journalists’ Association’s interpretation of the law regarding consent.
